I have 1 room to rent in a 3 bedroom home in Woodfield area. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. If not, we have local shops nearby and public transportation as well, all available in a short walking distance. The room is unfurnished and the 800$/month covers all the utilities included in rent. My new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and bathroom. I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, a female professional or student, tidy and non smoker.
