About the room
Available from March 1 to August 31st. Amazing location, right by all the great cafe’s and restaurants on West Broadway. It is near the 99, 14, and 7 bus routes, super easy commute to UBC and downtown. 20 ish minute walk to Jericho Beach which is amazing. In suite laundry, you’ll have your own room and bathroom, which comes furnished. We also have an outdoor sitting area we love to use in the summer!
About the roomies
We are two (F) UBC students who are graduating this year! We love to chat and cook but also love our alone time. We use a chores chart to divvy up the chores to keep it fair. We enjoy going to cafe’s to get work done and enjoy going out on the weekends.
