SHUTTLE PROVIDED Transportation daily included with room rental (no extra fee for transportation). Room is private in home, close to UTM (4 km distance). All are only full time UTM students. Daily cleaning of shared spaces, full sized laundry machines, all utilities (heat, air conditioner, water, internet provided), transportation to and from school, transportation once per week to Asian grocery store or Walmart. No parking.–––– Different types of room avail: 1) 2nd floor room with shared bathroom: $1200, ….2)2nd floor room with private bathroom (ensuite) & walk-in closet $1700…..3)basement bedroom +liv room or can be used as 2nd bedroom, private bathroom, has private door to basement, basement room also has private full sized fridge+freezer, storage space, $1800, 2 students can rent this space———rooms all furnished with bed, desk+chair, nightstand and closet, Shared kitchen, extra bathroom on main floor, extremely clean and quiet. Tennis courts 1 minute walk away. Credit River and UTM 4 km away from home (7 min drive). Direct buses to Square One, hospital, Erin Mills Town Center, ONE BUS to UTM on Mississauga road;, bus to subway to Toronto; neighborhood extremely safe and quiet. Closest intersection: MISSISSAUGA road + EGLINTON AVENUE. Extremely clean and new, Rental is for term or can be for entire year (your decision). BONUS: If 3 or more friends rent as pack (each in own room), then one parking spot available for free. (Only one student per room at all times.) All must prove full time UTM students with UTM&landlord.
