The Space: • Location: A quiet 2nd-floor apartment in a well-maintained building with families and kids nearby. • Room Available: A private bedroom, which can be furnished or unfurnished—up to you! • Shared Areas: Kitchen and washroom, kept tidy and organized together. • Living Room: Reserved for my personal use. • Lease: Month-to-month, offering flexibility. • Utilities: Power, internet, and cleaning costs are equally shared. • Cleaning: We can rotate cleaning duties (one week you clean, next week I clean) or hire a cleaner for $100 per visit to clean the kitchen and washroom once a week—it’s up to you!

House Rules: • Keep It Quiet: Please use headphones when watching TV, listening to music, or on your phone/computer—there are families and kids in the building, so we all need to be mindful of noise levels. • Respect the Space: The apartment should stay clean and peaceful.
