It’s located in a townhouse complex with the landlord in a unit a couple doors down. The house is shared with 3 other super friendly Sheridan students! The lease ends at the end of August, but the landlord seems open to signing for another year if you would like to stay longer! The room will be unfurnished, and there is plenty of room in it for a large bed and desk, as well there is a full closet in the room, and extra storage space in the hall closets and the basement.

I am moving out since I am graduating, so you will be getting my old room (its a super awesome room) but the 3 roommates you will be living with are some super cool, friendly and artsy Sheridan students! They are all students in the film program, all LGBT, all early 20s, and all very chill. They’re all very respectful of quiet hours, and some awesome people to befriend at the school!
