About the room
My roommate and I are looking for 1 more person (we’ve found 2 already) to move into our 5 house 3.5 bathroom house!
Rent includes everything except wifi. Wifi is about $17/month. Parking would be available at not cost but is limited. We both currently have cars so another two cars would be maximum. Lawn maintenance in the spring/summer/fall and snow shovelling are tenants responsibility.

The house is located near Iris Station and Baseline so right near transit. 15 minute walk to College Square and Algonquin College
About the roomies
My roommate (23F) and I (20F) are both students who also work but are social when we have free time. We are looking for people who are respectful, chill and can keep their area tidy. Preferrably students who are mature.
