Scarlett's room

Hello folks! 🌞 Our longtime housemate is making the big switch from communal to solo living. We’re sad to see her go, but that means we have a room available in our 3-bedroom character apartment for April 1st (no joke) The space is shared with 2 gals (1 mid-twenties and 1 late-twenties), cat and rescue pup 🐈🐕 Our home is full of bright colours and many plants. We have a very large patio that is magical for the upcoming spring/summer, with lots of space for flowers and vegetables, should you feel inclined to help garden. 🌿 🪻

The room is $800 (plus hyrdo and wifi) and will come unfurnished. Unit comes with a dishwasher, shared onsite laundry, and decent closet/storage space. There is no dedicated parking. We are looking for a long term housemate who loves plants, animals and enjoys relaxing at home with a nice coffee/tea/beer, whatever you enjoy. ☕️ Looking for another femme(sorry no guys) in their mid-late 20s, early 30s, LGBTQIA+ friendly. Please no smokers.
Cat-friendly, so long as they have lived with another cat and dog before. Located near the Fort and Foul Bay intersection, on the 11 and 15 bus routes. Grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and rec center are all within 2 blocks. Willows Beach and Oak Bay Village are both a short walk away. 🏖 We look forward to hearing from you! Cheers! 🍻
