The apartment is a 2 bed, 1 bath unit in the Shaughnessy/Fairview area. Location: Oak Street, between VGH & BCCH (15 min walk to either)
About the Apartment: 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom
- no elevator , on 3rd floor
- Laundry in the building (shared)
- parking available on the street Your room: Unfurnished, fits a double bed (small but functional!) but has a very deep closet that fits all my clothes. A lot of other storage around the apartment.
Rest of the apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, kitchenware) but you can add anything you like.
Looking for a roommate who’s clean, chill, social but values alone time but doesn’t mind occasional guests and having fun here and there.

About Me & What I’m Looking For: I have a 6 year old dachshund dog (he can be a bit of a yapper and isn’t the quietest at times) not open to cats, but open to another dog as I know it’s hard to find pet friendly places. But would have to get along with my dog I work in healthcare, keep busy, and enjoy having friends over. It’s not a super quiet household. I love outdoor activities, running , reality shows, fun weekend trips!
