We’re looking for a friendly and easygoing roommate to share our 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo on the 18th floor, filled with natural light and great views.

THE ROOM & APARTMENT Your space: A private, sunlit bedroom with large windows – perfect for someone who loves natural light! Private toilet and sink, shared shower/bath area – You’ll have your own toilet and sink area, while the shower/bath area is shared with 2 others. The room is fully furnished, so you can just bring your clothes and move in! Feel free to also spruce it up however else you like. Shared spaces: A cozy living room and a dining area that we actually use (meals, work sessions, and occasional wine/gamenights). Laundry in the building. Secure building with concierge. Outdoor patio & party room available for use.

100m from St. Clair Subway Station – easy transit access. Farm Boy grocery store directly in the building. Loblaws right across the street. Short walk to Dollarama, coffee shops, restaurants, and more.

ABOUT US We’re a couple in our late 20s, both working full-time, and we share the space with our friendly cat, Zizou—he’s social, cuddly, and loves people. We’re easygoing, clean, and love a mix of quiet nights and casual hangouts. Our dining space gets a lot of use—for meals, work sessions, and the occasional game night.
