It is located in a very good neighbourhood in Burnaby on the cariboo heights, close to bus stops, with in suite washer and dryer. It has two bedrooms , one with king size bed with mattress and sheets . second bedroom has desk and chair to be used as den or office. Both rooms have decent size closets in them. Kitchen is also furnished and dinning area has round dinning table and two chairs. kitchen has fridge, range(stove with oven), microwave, toaster and hood fan. There is full bathroom with a tub. Separate entrance to basement, street parking. Rent must be payed on the 1st date of every month. We are only a few steps away from bus stop for bus 101, a block from elementary school, few blocks from crest plaza, five kilometres from Simon Fraser University. No one is residing in the suite at this time. It will be $1600per month plus hydro ( average $35 to $60 every two months) based on your electricity usage as there is a separate hydro meter. Heating , water, garbage disposal , paper/plastic recycle disposal is included.
There will be a security deposit of $800 at be the time of rental agreement signing that will be returned at the end of tenancy if our place is kept with no damage to it. Rent may be negotiable if all conditions are met . Thanks.
