It is a few minutes’ walk to many stores and restaurants. It is easily accessible by bus /Skytrain. It is Fully furnished, with a 32’ Smart TV with NETFLIX and WIFI. Shared kitchen, laundry in suite. You will have dedicated cabinets and share a fridge with only one person. Some cleaning supplies for common areas will be supplied. Respect for each other’s personal space and cleanliness is essential. No partying/smoking/drugs on the property. ID verification/references
