Nice private room with 4 roommates. Room has balcony and on-suite bathroom. The house has a shared kitchen with some shared cookware and staples. 5-15 min walk to uWaterloo campus, 2 minute walk to T&T grocery. Unfortunately no A/C so you might want a fan or portable unit, though still bearable without due to the room being on the ground floor and large balcony door for ventilation. Will likely be other university students. Possibly some other rooms will be vacant. The major rule is no scent (ex smoking, edible cannabis and alcohol ok!) and roommate must be LGBT+ friendly.
