Hi. We are looking for a roommate to join us in our duplex starting February. This is for one person only.

You would be sharing the house with two men. We are looking for someone who shares our values and will help keep the place clean and quiet.

Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry are all shared.

No parties. No smoking inside.

The property is about a 15 minute walk from OK college, pandosy Plaza, and the lake.

No pets, as we have a well behaved cat residing with us.

The two of us are pretty low-key and chill. I am 27 and the other is 33. We are really quiet people and mostly keep to ourselves. The house cat is super friendly.
