Located close to all the restaurants/bars and shops on Whyte ave the apartment building itself is full of great tenants and the landlord is an amazing guy who always keeps up with all repairs the building is safe.

I’m an artist and gamer so I’m usually busy doing something or working out I live a healthy lifestyle I don’t party or have many people here I will mainly stick to myself I’m very considerate to your privacy and your stuff I’m a very clean individual my dishes are always washed I keep the living areas clean always I get along well with everyone I’m a very calm guy I’m sober from drinking alcohol and hard drugs I do smoke 420 on and off but mainly off and at this moment I’m off. I listen to music mostly all the time day and night usually in the living room or my room I work in the living room with my art or working out it’s where all my weights and bench is so I spend alot of time in living room area. If it’s your time of sleep I will always respect it and turn down my music or video games I would like someone that isn’t bothered too much by my music or games though I don’t like conflict or arguments so I’m very understanding about many living situations when it comes to roommates. I communicate very well so I would like the same. Love cats but prefer none but can make acception but I’m not cleaning the litter and would prefer the litterbox in your room. Last few roommates were males and I feel I’m done with that because of their unclean habits & behaviors so female preferred. ( 6months max ) unless you require longer just have to talk about it and see how things go.
