We have one room available, the house is furnished but the individual rooms are not. There’s two bathrooms and one and a half kitchens. We have laundry on site, and all utilities are included in the rent except for wifi which we split. House is in a nice area, five minute walk to the bus stop which can take you directly to campus (about 15 min transit).

We have five other roommates (7 total) and a cat. The cat is very friendly and purely my responsibility not the houses so no worries about pet care. All currently students but if you are not a student that’s totally fine! We’re a co-ed house and very queer friendly.
