Furnished room(s) for rent with ensuite bathroom (Singles only, no couples - sorry)

We have two beautifully furnished bedrooms available for rent in an upscale, safe Toronto East neighbourhood. We are a 10 min walk to Warden subway station, close to amenities and we back onto a wooded ravine & park which is great for nature walks. From Warden station, it takes about 20 minutes by subway to Young & Bloor.

The room(s) are on the 2nd floor of the house and comes with a desk, and dresser and large closet. The room is connected to an ensuite bathroom (shared with one other person with two sinks and vanity). You will also have access to a shared kitchen, living room with large screen TV. Internet, utilities, and laundry facilities are also included.

Who you are:

We are looking for single person who is clean, has an income, and is respectful and friendly to others. It is very important that you are clean and like things clean.

First and last month’s rent up front is required. You need to either have a job, go to school or have a secured income to stay with us. If you would like to see the room for yourself, you are welcome to reach out to me and we can set up a time for a viewing.

Who we are: We are a friendly Canadian family who have welcomed people into our home from all over the world for over 10 years now. We consider our guests as family and we sometimes eat dinner together as a family (you are welcome to join us when we do - again for no additional cost). You will not find a more welcoming and friendly group of people anywhere. We have a 6 year old dog named Lucy and a cat named Rosko. Both very friendly (I’m sorry but we can’t bring on any more pets).
