Hello, I’m Stephania.

I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in the house I’m currently renting, as I can no longer stay due to personal reasons. It’s a wonderful place shared with my roommate Monste, who is super fun, clean, and respectful. We both study at Camosun College and are 20 years old.

The house has two bedrooms (each person has their own room), a spacious shared bathroom, and a large kitchen. Most of the house is already furnished. There is also a laundry room with a good-sized washer and dryer.

The location is great—very close to Tillicum Mall, which has a Save-On-Foods, a movie theater, restaurants, and more. It’s also near Camosun College’s Interurban campus, with bus stops just a 3-minute walk away, whether you’re heading to Downtown or Interurban. A great bonus for the summer is that the complex has its own pool.

Rent starts at $1,250, and utilities are separate but usually don’t exceed $80. Let me know if you have any questions!
