2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unfurnished basement of a 4 bedroom smoke-free house in Varsity View. Looking for 1-2 female roomates (preferably students) to live in the basement. 1 or both people would be on the 1 year lease to the house and responsible for your portion of the rent.

The basement suite has its own entrance as well as a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The windows are large and provide plenty of light. There is a fenced back yard with a shared shed. 1 spot is available to park in the alley behind the shed, as well as street parking.

One of the bedrooms has a large walk in closet. The other room is smaller and has built in shelves/drawers, in addition to its own closet. The basement has a storage room and shared laundry with the 2 people living upstairs.

The house is a ~25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to the UofS, and has several bus stops within a 1 block radius.

We are female students/working professionals living upstairs. We also have an older cat that lives on the upper level only, so please no pets. Wifi is already set up, and we can discuss splitting the cost of the current plan. There is also room for another router to be installed.
