Basic kitchen equipment is included. Work/Study/Bedroom: Features a large work desk, gas-lift professional office chair, laminate flooring, and a wooden bed frame with a mattress. Bathroom: Shared facility with a shower enclosure, sink, and toilet. Utilities & Internet: Rent includes central forced air heating, hot water, and wireless internet (Mesh Wifi backed by 2.5-Gigabit fibre—great for everyday use, though it might not suit strict corporate VPN needs). All utilities are covered as long as high-energy appliances aren’t in use. Laundry: Shared washer and separate dryer in the adjacent suite at no extra cost. Location: Conveniently situated 1.5 blocks north of Hastings. Quick rides: 30 minutes to Downtown or SFU on the R5 Express, 15 minutes to Holdom Skytrain on the 129, and a short walk to local schools and Kensington Square Shopping Centre.
