House to share with retired female homeowner in a beautiful, renovated bungalow with lovely butterfly, herb and produce gardens in quiet neighbourhood in North End of St. Catharines. For one occupant only. Lovely, large, newly renovated, furnished bedroom with large window, beautiful nature sounds. Short walk to Lake Ontario, Sunset Beach and trails. Short drive, longer walk to groceries, cafes, shopping. No smoking or vaping indoors or outdoors on property, no partying. Many neighbours are quiet seniors who have lived here for decades (some for 40 to 50+ years). I wish to respect their ongoing peace and quiet, as well as my own lifestyle. A very clean, tidy, quiet tenant is essential. Prefer mainly vegetarian/vegan through to occasional cooking of some meat, not daily.
