We’re looking for a new roommate- the room will be available on April 17 and will be $360 for the remainder of April. Starting May, the monthly rent is $780.

The location is very nice- you can see the lake from the window and it’s two minutes from the beach. Also 2 minutes from Queen St. and the 501 Queen Streetcar. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk.

The photos are of the room when it was furnished with our previous roommates belongings. It will be empty aside from a wooden bed frame with two thin mattresses, although you’re welcome to replace these with your own. The room is on the second floor and has a view of the lake.

There’s 2 bathrooms in the house and one shower. We have a laundry machine and dryer in the basement. All the bills (water, heat, internet) are included. We’re not looking for any pets at the moment.

We’re looking for a good fit, someone who is working, respectful, and tidy. We’re all working and so we like to keep the house quiet during the late evenings and night as some of us need to wake up early.

We’re asking for first and last month’s rent upfront. The room is available on April 17, with the first month’s rent at $360 and the last month’s rent at $780. Starting in May, the monthly rent will be $780, as mentioned. Let us know if you’re interested in chatting and/or seeing the place.

We’re a household of 3 people in our 20s, 30s, 40s- two men and one woman. We’re looking for someone who will fit into the house well. It’s not a party house and we like to keep the space tidy and quite in the evenings.
