Private Room with Private bathroom Downtown

I am leaving my room in an apartment shared with 2 other roomates in their 30s. They both work and are pretty silent and clean, one girl and one guy. I am moving in my own place.

The room is furnished with the small desk, a chair, a bed and a lamp. I am only leaving with the big desk with the screens and the big chair, which will leave you way more space in the room. The view from this apartment on the 22th floor is very nice, and you get a lot of light during the day.

Includes everything: Electricity, Heating, hot water, internet.

Amenities: In suite laundry, Gym, Pool, Hottub, Sauna.

Please note that the room has a window, but it’s blocked right now. You can decide to unblock the top of the window if you decide you want some daylight in your room.

To apply, the landlord will need the following information from you:

1. Full Legal Name
2. Current address
3. Email and phone number
4. Employer name (or school name if you are a student) and verification that you are employed there (or a student there) - a letter and/or a phone number he can call for verification
5. Contact information of your current landlord and a previous landlord.
6. Proof that you are legally in the country (student/work permit) if you are not Canadian 150$ move in fee 725$ deposit
