Available July 1st - no earlier. It’s a beautiful semi-detached 4 bed, 2.5 bath home with a backyard. You would have your own decent sized bedroom (not furnished) as well as a bathroom that would pretty much be completely yours with the exception of the occasional use here and there from potential visitors you or I would have. There are also separate tenants in the basement. Laundry is available and separate from the basement tenants. Looking for minimum 6 months and maximum 12 months with option to extend. The landlord is truly amazing and rent would be $900 inclusive of internet and utilities. There may also be some flexibility on the rent to be lower depending on a few different factors in the coming months. Reach out if you’re interested :)

I am a 29 year old single mother with a very respectful and friendly 7 year old daughter which is why I’m only looking for female roomies that love kids although you’re not obligated to interact with her but I promise you’d love her like everyone else does! I work from home, keep to myself, and only occasionally have friends visit. My daughter is very independent, respectful and can be very funny! She also loves dogs and cats so I’m open to you having a small one as long as they don’t shed an obscene amount. I love a clean, good smelling home so you’ll definitely smell a variety of florals, sweet scents or laundry scented candles from time to time. We’re just looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and respectful.
