Details: Your Room: This listing is for the second bedroom in the apartment. You’ll have access to the main bathroom (not attached to the room) and will share the living room and kitchen with me. Location: The apartment offers stunning downtown views and is ideally located near Stadium Chinatown Station, Rogers Arena, Stadium, T&T Super Mart, Costco, and Cineplex—super convenient! Building Amenities: Enjoy access to the gym, swimming pool, and hot tub as part of your rent. Parking: If needed, parking is available for an additional CAD 100/month. Utilities: All utilities are included, unless they exceed CAD 100, in which case we’ll split the cost. Pets: Not allowed by the management. LGBTQ friendly.
