Looking for a female grad student/graduate to rent a room in our spacious home in Gordon South starting May 1st: $850 + utilities.

-Location 5-minute walk to the bus stop (buses every 10 minutes) Close to grocery stores, banks, and other essentials No parking available

-Room & Amenities: Spacious room with large windows Shared three-piece bathroom with one other person Two living rooms, an upgraded kitchen, a private balcony, and a home office

-House Rules: No pets, smoking, drinking, or parties We’re introverts who have been living here since 2022 and value peace and cleanliness so if you share our values, reach out to me and please state your program or job.

You’ll be living with one female (recent graduate) and two males (one PhD student and one recent graduate) We are all introverted so we keep to ourselves and we have high cleanliness standards so we maintain the house in an excellent condition, if you have similar values please reach out.
