We are a family who is renting a private room in the ground floor of a beautiful and big house in a nice neighbourhood. The room is furnished for one person only! Private bathroom, laundry in-unit. $1100 per month and includes AC, hydro, gas and internet.

It is a 2 blocks from bus station or 11 min walking to Production way sky train station. It is suitable for working professional, students specially from SFU or BCIT.

No smoking, no vaping and no overnight visits.
