ABOUT THE APARTMENT Rent is $965 + electricity and internet (electricity varies; internet is ~$25 per month per person). Lease takeover or sublet from April 1st - August 31st, with potential to renew. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with full tub. New kitchen appliances (~1-2 years) including dishwasher. The apartment is not accessible as it has stairs – all bedrooms are on the second floor. We are allowed to have 1 cat. Laundry is in the building, app-operated, $3 per wash and $3 per dry.

ABOUT THE ROOM The room is roughly 9’ x 10’, including about 2’ x 3’ for the closet. Bedroom window faces Agricola Street and has south-west facing windows and gets some really beautiful natural light. The current roommate is looking to sell their furniture: double bed, desk, chair, two little dressers, and a bedside table – message for pricing.

ABOUT YOU Please note: we’re looking for someone of any gender EXCEPT straight, cisgender men. Trans and nonbinary folk are welcome! Ideally you would be between 20-30 years old.

Non-negotiable: we’re looking for someone who doesn’t smoke, is queer-friendly, and who is clean, tidies up after themselves, and will participate in our chore wheel lol

There are two roommates: First is a recent grad/writer, cis lesbian, mid 20s (that’s me!). Second roommate is a university student, straight woman, early 20s.

We’re both clean and quiet, but enjoy having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally.
