About the room
It is a spacious, well-located, furnished 2-bedroom apartment in downtown Montreal. Starting July 1st (flexible for june) The available room won’t be furnished, as my current roommate is moving out with her stuff. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from Concordia University and close to the metro, it has a dishwasher roof and a balcony in one of the rooms. Hydro-Quebec is not included.
About the roomies
It is a two-bedroom, so it would be us two living here, my roommate is moving out so I am looking to find someone else. Preferably a female, in their early 20s (18-23). I am clean but also laidback and I like to have fun.
