Looking for a roommate available at the end of May/beginning of June. Student preferred. There have been multiple UofA and nait students at this property and the bus route is 15min direct to UofA and a decent commute to nait. This is a 2 bed 2 bath unit so you will have your own private unfurnished room and private bathroom. The rent is $750 and this includes utilities but not wifi. I already have most things a house will need so other then furnishing your room and a couple other things you will not have to bring much. Im looking for a quite clean roommate that will be respectful.

Its just myself. Im a pretty quite guy that likes movie and sports. A recent uni graduate working and planning next steps in life. Current roomate is graduating and moving out so im looking for someone to take his place. Preferably a student but if not thats ok.
