There’s a indoor washing and dryer machine. Heating, and bidet. It’s a basement suite at the back of the main property. The landlord is in contact with me. 2 rooms. I’ll be taking the furthermost room as its my current room now. The place is furnished except for what my sisters going to be taking soon.

It’s just me. I’m a 20 year old student. A guy, artist. Going to Langara in the fall for art. I’m a game and nerdy type of person also an artist too. I am welcome to quiet types or active types. At most I’d just prefer someone i can be mutually respectful to. I’m welcome to anyone as long as your respectful to my boundaries and hobbies and I’ll be the same with you as well. Moved in February and my current roommate/sister wants to leave in April so I’m looking for a new roommate. I have a small orange cat named March. She’s spayed so she’s chill. Kitchens nice. If your interested I’ll send pictures. Although some cleaning still has to be done since my sister is still living here and the place is a bit untidy.
