About the room
I do stay there but I’m not always there because I work out of town. I do have 2 cats and don’t mind other pets as long as they are taken care of and don’t bother my cats. There are 2 rooms available one is in the basement room has a lock on the door and furnished $900. the other room is on the top floor will soon have a lock on it and will be unfurnished $880. The kitchen and laundry machines are shared, laundry machine is in the basement. There are 4 bathrooms, 2 of them are full that are on the top floor, one and the other 2 are half bathrooms, one is on the main floor, the other is in the basement. There is a hot tub on the property and free to use so long as it’s cleaned. The last tenant had a garden and if you want to continue it I’m okay with. There is a fire pit. There is a security system system with cameras in the garage, the main floor kitchen/ living room and a doorbell camera. Internet and Security will be taken care of and available. All other utilities will be shared i can’t park my vehicle in the garage so if your vehicle fits you can use it.
I will also be open to renting out the entire house for $2500 with security and internet included
About the roomies
As I said earlier I’m have 2 cat and work out of town. I’m rather laid back and like to keep to myself and play video games for the most part. I’m also the landlord so if you have any questions or concerns I’ll be happy to help
