Located in a co-ed 4-bedroom upper duplex unit, the room is $785/month, including utilities (heat, hot water, hydro, cable, and WIFI), dishware, pots/pans, garbage bags, and toilet paper. Shared duties for bathroom cleaning.
Share the full bathroom with two men (ages 40 & 50), and common areas (kitchen, dining room, living room) with them and a woman. BBQ on the upstairs balcony. Washer/dryer on the ground floor. Free street parking, but no storage for bikes.
Located on East 5th, one block east of Lonsdale, close to amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, and public transit. Seabus to downtown is a 13-minute ride.
Looking for a respectful person who will keep the room and shared spaces clean. The room is next to the kitchen, so some noise may be heard at night.
Prefer a long-term tenant, but month-to-month lease available.
No smoking, vaping, incense, drugs, excessive drinking, or pets (except fish). Security deposit and ID required. Previous landlord references may be asked for.

About the roomies
The two male roommates between 40&50 years old, are quiet, with different schedules: one works afternoons (3pm-11pm) and the other works days (7am-3pm). Me, I’m home much of the time on android, laptop or watching tv. I stay am late 1am, 2am+.
The house is rarely used for drinking or parties.
