Available May 1st, 2025 - August 31st 2025 Located in Downtown Toronto, Cabbagetown (Gerrard and Parliament) Utilies included, free laundry on site, wifi is an extra 31.75 monthly. Super convienient location, all stores needed are on Parliament! 5 min walk to NoFrills, or 7 min walk to Freshco, 7 min walk to Shoppers Drug Mart, 4 min walk to Dollarstore. Since we’re right on Gerrard, access to the 506 streetcar is right outside! 12 min on the streetcar to College Station, or 13 min bus ride to Castle Frank Station. 20 min commute to TMU. 15 min walk to Riverdale Park! The room will be partly furnished, whats left in the room for the person renting can be worked out between us! Otherwise, the kitchen is fully furnished with pots and pans, all needed dishware, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, and kettle. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message!

You’ll be living with one other roommate. Shes 21, and a film student at TMU! She also works at a movie theatre, so some free popcorn might be in your future! We’re both pretty busy during the school year, but always chat and catch up when we see eachother. Noise is never an issue, and she’s very tidy!
