Hey all! My roommate Levi and I are looking for someone for our master bedroom (with a private bathroom!) in Harris Green, on the border with Downtown!
Apartment features: -Washer and dryer in-unit -Full kitchen with washing machine -Southeast facing floor-to-ceiling windows -Access to bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants withing a couple minutes walk -Gym and shared patio
Room features: -Private bathroom w/bathtub -Furnished w/ bed and desk -Closet w/organizer -Ethernet and coaxial ports -Spacious closet
Utilities and internet not included in rent but are not particularly high split between three people, and rent is month-to-month. Parking, storage, and bike storage available at an extra cost set by the building manager and are not included in rent.
Looking for long-term roommate to sign onto lease since building does not allow short-term subletting. Open to couples as well. We’re both actors with busy schedules so it’s pretty quiet, though we do use the living room to tape auditions sometimes.
