🛋 Additional Features: 2 large comfortable living rooms, 2 dining areas, a spare guest bedroom, a covered garage with plenty storage for camping gear, ski’s, pretty much anything. There is off street parking, in-house laundry, an outdoor decking with private front & back gardens

🛁 2.5 bathrooms – You’ll be sharing the upstairs bathroom with one other housemate (F, 25).

🛏 Your bedroom – Can come partially furnished (Queen bed frame, mattress & bedside tables). It has a walk-in wardrobe, a reading nook with mountain views on clear days and a built-in desk.

💰 Rent: $1,550/month + a deposit of two weeks’ rent. Bills not included.

🚆 Transport: 1 min walk to the 241 (direct to downtown) or the 230 (to North Van).

🍽 Kitchen: Fully equipped with plenty of storage, plus a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything else you might need.

👋 About Us:

You’ll be sharing the house with three of us - myself and my partner (M, 30 & F, 30) and another housemate (F, 25). We love all things nature and it’s why we love North Van. You’ll find us out on a hike, camping with our RTT or traveling most of the time. We’re all active, outdoorsy but also do enjoy a clean, chill, and relaxed home environment. We’ve lived with other roommates in Ireland, New Zealand and now Canada. Our ideal roommate would be someone we get along with and would like to join us for the occasional meal / breakfast spread.
