Quiet Street with space to relax and study. It’s an older house but renovated not long ago. Close to amenities and transit. Great loop for walks and close to the golf course.

The main level of the house has 3 bedrooms for rent with the rest of the main floor being shared space. Looking for innovative working or studying and personable people who need a quiet space. The private space downstairs is already occupied by myself. There are no animals in the house but sometimes there may be a responsible friend’s dog that likes to run in the backyard for a little exercise.
