I have one fair sized room available in my 6 bed 3 bath house I am trying to fill. We are located in the Hertiage close area just across from the Safeway.
It is a 5 minute drive from the university with a bus stop a few minutes away. We are looking for students or working professional as us current tenants are a combination of students at the U of L and working professionals. We do currently have 2 cats on the property now so we are not looking to have any more pet.

Living room has Tv with Netflix, Disney and all the things
Access to refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, storage and backyard
We are able to have the room furnished if required

Close proximity to University, Grocery Stores
There is currents 4 people living in the house. 2 males in their 20s and 2 females in our 20s. We are students and working professionals, most of us keep to ourself aswell as we don’t through party’s.
