PRICE: Rent: 1,471CAD Utilities and wifi are not included. You must get renters insurance. This will be a lease takeover.

LOCATION: Yonge and Dundas, 1 min walk to Dundas station, the eaton centre, and TMU, 5 min walk to queen station, 10 min walk to college station.

I’m looking for a female roommate who is clean, organized, and has no dogs. Being pro 🍉 and LGBTQ friendly is non-negotiable. I’m looking for someone who has lived with roommates before, is open to healthy communication about house rules, boundaries, and splitting chores and common household expenses. The house is mostly furnished but I’m looking for someone who could invest in some missing items in the house (like a rug, shoe stand, cleaning tools, etc) if you don’t have any furniture already.

A bit about me: I’m a 28 year old Lebanese Canadian, I work in Kensington Market 2 days per week and I work from home 3 days per week. I love to cook and play music and read. I am very clean but not quick to tidy, so there will sometimes be clutter around, I try to limit it to my own space. I don’t have any pets and I am not a smoker.
