Homey house with a bright, updated basement that would be like having your own level of the house. It has a private bedroom with a comfy bed, nightstand, and dresser (a desk can be arranged, if needed). You’ll have a large living room with a sectional couch, projector tv, laundry, and a private bathroom with heated floors. You will have a kitchenette set-up with a microwave and a fridge, but can also have use of the main kitchen. We are centrally located, just minutes from the airport and the transit way. There’s also room to park in the driveway, if you have a car.

I work for the federal government and have two young adults who are both at home and in university. We are an open-minded family and sociable but not partiers. We also have a small, non-shedding dog who is friendly and sweet. She would not have access to the basement level.
