Hey! We have a room available in Scotia Heights. The bedroom comes with a full-sized bed, and you would be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There is also a finished basement with some extra space to use.

You would also have access to the backyard and fire pit. You’re welcome to use our laundry, and utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.

Getting around is pretty easy. There is a short walk to a bus stop for route 31, or a slightly longer walk to catch the FX2 or D10. If you drive, there is parking in the back as well as street parking available.

Kildonan Park is about a 15-minute walk away, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There are usually people out walking or biking, so it has a nice community feel.

We’re Cole and Matthew, along with our cat Chai. We’re pretty easygoing people who enjoy a lot of nerdy hobbies and like having a relaxed home.

Cole works in the arts and is more of a night owl. He’s always happy to talk about a good TV show or chat about things like Lord of the Rings or Star Wars. He also enjoys gardening, board games, and tabletop RPGs.

Matthew works in a school library, and he’s definitely a little bit of an introvert. He enjoys quieter hobbies like reading and cooking, but also loves spending time playing board games, video games, or a good RPG session.

Then there’s Chai, our 6-year-old cat. She likes attention on her own terms, but once she warms up to you, she’s a big fan of belly rubs.
