Nearby is IGA grocery store, Pharmaprix, and Jewish General Hospital. Cycling to downtown is a convenient 30-minute ride through the biking network. Furthermore, a nearby gym (AF-CDN) and community pool are conveniently located.
The common rooms are fully furnished. The previous roommate is willing to sell the bed and a few furnishings. The condo has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the ground floor. A communal laundry room on site and nearby laundrymat (3-min walk) is available. The rent covers internet and heating/electricity. Indoor parking is available ($75/month, first-come, first-served).
