A single room available in a 2 bedroom apartment located in the Lower Mount Royal area of Calgary. Immediate area is close to many restaurants, banks and is walking distance to the train and downtown. I have a good relationship with management and they are usually very quick to respond to requests and problems.

The lease is up at the end of April but I intend on staying at this location. You would be added to the lease(in other words, subletting is not allowed) and rent must be paid by pre-authorized debit directly to Westhawk Properties. Credit check is also required although they may be lenient.

I am 40 year-old man looking for a new roommate to share the apartment with. I am quiet, clean and easy to get along with. I’m looking for a like-minded individual to team-up with.
