Hi there!!

I’m listing my room in our home located in the Annex. The house itself has 6 bedrooms and 2 washrooms across 3 floors. Over 2000 square feet. We have our own laundry room, kitchen, living room, and private balcony as well. Utilities are about $60 each month on average.

We are looking for a female between the ages of 19-24 to take over my room for May 1st. LGBTQ+ friendliness is a must.

The house is a 10-minute walk from both Dupont and St George stations, and a 10-minute walk from Uoft and George Brown. Yorkville is also right around the corner!

You must be okay with cats, as we have two! Suki and Stormy.
