It’s a cute room, with an ensuite including a shower. The kitchen and living room are connected with in unit laundry which is nice! The building is very secure with 2 keys to enter the unit and another to enter your own bathroom. There is also a little deck attached to the back of the unit! It’s also a house split into 3 units, and I am subletting out a room in the second unit with no stairs. We are also looking for a 5th roomate starting as of September 1st 2025, for the same price! I live with 4 other girls they are all lovely! We also have a kitten named chester he freely roams the house but is playful and loving! Everyone gets along and we’ve all become friends quickly, everyone’s very curtious when bringing friends over and hosting. They are also very cleanly, picking up after themselves so the house always looks nice.
