FULLY FURNISHED SUMMER SUBLET MAY-AUGUST

Hello! I am a UVic student looking to sublet my room over the Summer. The rental period will start May 1st (if you are looking for sooner let me know and maybe we can work something out) and preferably end August 28th, however, I am flexible on the move out. Preferably I am looking for a student or young working individual, however I am also flexible on this. MUST BE FEMALE THOUGH, not accepting males. We are located in the Gordon Head neighbourhood a 5 minute walk from Tuscany Village with multiple direct bus routes (26, 27, 28, and 39) for easy access to downtown, uptown, UVic and Camosun Interurban campuses. There is also street parking if you have a car. The house is a 3 story, 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home with a huge living and dining space, kitchen, and deck/backyard. One of my roommates (female) will be in the house for the month of May completing a teaching practicum, however the house will likely be empty for the rest of the Summer (there potentially may be other subletters as well, but nothing is confirmed as of right now). The rent will be $763 a month which includes wifi, a fully furnished room (empty of all my personal belongings but comes with a 2 huge dressers, a built in mirror, an additional closet, bed frame, mattress, desk, and chair, but no bedding) a fully furnished living and dining room, in unit laundry (washer and dryer) and a kitchen with 2 fridges and all necessary utensils. Additionally, your bathroom will come with a tub. Utilities are excluded from the $763 rent and will be issued as they are billed to me. A security deposit of half a months rent ($382) will be necessary before moving in and will be reissued in full upon no damages to the room or the house. If you are looking to sublet with another person or group, we may have more than one room available, so just let me know. Lastly, no pets or smoking indoors.
