-It’s a 2 bed + den with 2 bath. -You get your own bedroom and bathroom, I am in the other room/bathroom.

- Priority goes to someone who can pay the full $1250 for rent (includes everything)
About the roomies
I’m a 31 year old male. Hard worker, clean, and work 5-6 days a week from 4am-11am then some extra during the day till 3-6pm. Only thing I do that would take up the living area is D&D nights on Mondays from 6-9. Otherwise I don’t really use the place other than to just live, sleep and eat. I don’t party and as long as you communicate transparently we will understand each other well. Looking for at least a December commitment. Couples are welcome, might want you to play a touch more to even out the situation of 3 total.
