Heat and hot water, high speed internet and hydro are included in the rent. The property has bicycle lockers, storage, elevators, coin-card laundry, and the unit has a dishwasher. On a tree lined quiet street, easy walking distance to Beacon Hill Park, Market On Yates, London Drugs, and many major bus routes. Close to downtown as well. The building is safe and secure, and non-smoking.

👋 I am a mid 40s, AFAB, queer and 2spirit identified, college graduate, work-from-home employed 6+ years with the provincial government, chill and friendly, very good communicator, considerate, compassionate, and usually I hang in my room and watch YouTube or play games online with friends, but I always enjoy a good chat when passing by you in the kitchen or whatever. I’m a bit of a night owl but you’ll rarely hear me, I’m considerate of noise. I like having a roommate because I like sharing a space and not living alone, without the pressure to socialize every second. I love to bake, I will bake batches of cookies and leave them out to share. I cook sometimes, usually batch-cook/meal prep, and I am gluten free but it’s not a problem if my roommate eats gluten. I am 420 friendly but prefer to use edibles or oils. Note: The building is non-smoking. I’m tidy with good personal hygiene and I appreciate others that are the same.

🐈‍⬛ About my kitty: He is eight years old and very chatty, but tends to stick by me most of the time. Velcro cat anyone? He also actually doesn’t shed much which is nice! I should also note that although the building allows cats, he is a one cat household kind of guy, and additional cats may not be able to live with us.
