Bright and sunny home in Hamilton. I have two bedrooms available . One will be in the attic and is very spacious with a large closet. The other is on the upper floor with a southfacing window. Can send pictures on request with roommates consent. Both available May 1st. I currently have two young cats and would be open to another cat if you are okay with doing the work to introduce them properly. No dogs please. Bedrooms will be unfurnished and main space is completely furnished. Large front porch and backyard that gets plenty of sun, laundry in the basement, shared kitchen, living, and bathroom. First and last and background checks required from landlord.
