My large 15x14 room will be available this month!
Looking to share my large condo with another awesome person! It’s a 2 story, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath suite, all newly renovated, with a large deck/garden.
It has 1550 square feet of livable space with lots of extra storage and an extra fridge. There’s even a separate entrance on the second floor accessing the bedrooms with free laundry just out the door on both levels.
My condo is in a student friendly neighborhood in the varsity area right across the street from market mall! It includes a grocery store, Shoppers, clothing stores and a movie theatre all right next door! Easy access to bus routes and a 15 minute walk to the University of Calgary.
About the roomies
I am a foodie, musician and a nerd of most types, currently in the wine industry. The other tenants are a couple, the husband works as an architect and wife, a biologist. If you think you’d be a good fit please let me know!
