Looking for a male student to sublease for the summer. Rent is $1000 a month, which includes internet, and monthly house keeping in the common area. Utilities are not included, but they average out to $60-$80 a month. Sublease starts May 1st (but an earlier move in date is possible) and ends Friday, August 21st.

The property is located at Foundry Simcoe and is a 5 minute walk from Ontario Tech University and Durham College.
